all eating was hot and well prepared, personal friendly. the sitting area in the upper floor was a bit dirty, but that was the past that the customers could not clean themselves. View all feedback.

I didn't even order from KFC, but a "manager" showed up at my home trying to threaten me and ban me. This was embarrassing. If this is part of the company training, it's no wonder the reviews for their service are all poor. View all feedback.
More beautiful place to visit, but if you think of going and you in a wheelchair then they can only take not to eat as its not for people in wheel chairs.
This restaurant serves absolutely disgusting chicken that is so tough it could break your teeth. I will never go back to this KFC again.

Waited two hours for a Delivery of kfc booked via Deliveroo. Still hadn’t arrive two hours later. In end we give up and Go down to the shop and order two children's boxes plus a colonels meal. Have to wait forty minutes stood in shop while all the various Deliveroo companies pushed our order down the rankings and got there’s before us. All other customers stood in shop complaining also. How are they pushed in front of customers in the shop. How is this fair? Forty minutes later 2 hours 40 in total if you include the waiting for Deliveroo come home with the meal. My son has the wrong icecream and the wrong box meal given a burger instead of chicken. Appalling service and appalling wait times. Go to Tesco and buy the knock off kfc instead and save yourself the epic.
