The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The service was excellent, although the restaurant was quite busy. I recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends. I will definitely be coming back.

The restaurant was very crowded, which is a good sign, but they seemed to be overwhelmed. Two out of the three meals we ordered were good, but when I asked for a medium rib eye, I received a well-done sirloin instead. After sending it back, I received a medium rib eye, but the mistake was not acceptable. The staff offered no explanation and overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

This place clearly shows how wonderful the welcome is. Do not believe it. Went in, of us, for a drink. Wanted to sit in the corner in a comfortable chair due to a bad back. Table had two chairs so turned one round from...the next table. Bar man, only one there, said you can’t do that. Why. Cause you’re using another table was the reply. The place had only just opened. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE. Must have been other covers. But he wouldn’t have it. So we left. If they can afford to loose business in storm Eunice then they can keep it. Rude and stupid. Should loose his job. Go down the road to the garden centre. Couldn’t be more helpful.

My fiancé and I made a reservation at your restaurant a few weeks ago based on our previous positive experience a month before. We were not let down this time either, from the appetizers to the main courses to the desserts. Despite the busy atmosphere, the wait staff attended to us promptly. The food was served hot and tasted delicious. We will definitely be returning here again soon!

Great pub, log fire really nice food and friendly service. Nice course set menu for valentine's night, lovely pan fried seabass
