Starbucks - East Baton Rouge Parish

Idk what has happening in the last weeks there but twice this week I have ordered online, been in line in less time than estimated for my order to be ready, today I sat in the line for 17 minutes, and both times my food was cold. And not like it had been sitting too long but like there is something wrong with their oven or they aren’t cooking it properly. It’s annoying to eat a mushy feeling sandwich when the bread doesn’t even feel toasted like normal. Then when I went back the first time to tell them, they didn’t have the same food to replace it, replaced it with a cheaper item, and did nothing to rectify it being cheaper. I didn’t even try today because the person Wednesday was kinda rude when I came back through. Discourages me from using that location again. There are four others on my way to work daily

I ordered head when I got there check for my order and nothing yeat so I waited patiently like any other person ,after about 20 min I when and ask for my order turns out my order was already there but behind the counter ,there is a designated spot for mobile order come on guys!!40 min Past from the moment the order was ready till the moment I pick up

In my opinion, this is probably the best Starbucks in Baton Rouge. I really like the atmosphere of this location, and the service is overall great. I never had a problem with this Starbucks. Surprisingly I can not even find a minor thing to complain about, definitely a recommend.

I went there seven days in a row and ordered an iced coffee with an extra shot with half-and-half cream, and each day it was terrible just saying

I don't come to Starbucks often at all, but the service was phenomenal. We were welcomed as soon as we came in. There are two new people at the counter and they were so sweet. The support from the other staff was phenomenal. Shows a great work environment which makes for great customer experiences. Yall have a great team here. Thanks!!
