Mcdonald's - East Baton Rouge Parish

Was told “the grill was down” and then when we ordered chicken they said “we don’t have chicken” so …. Not sure why they pay people to stay open late if they serve literally NOTHING on the menu . I am taken aback.

Drive tru lady was rude because I asked for some buffalo sauce, Needs to be retrained in customer service she was so worried about me asking for buffalo sauce and trying to charge me for it because I didnt order chicken nuggets, she even forgot to put my 1 of my burgers in the bag where she was still going on about the sauce, sucks I didn't notice my food wasn't complete till I got home won't be going back to that location really upset with her service I hope she realizes that maybe she need a new job where she don't talk to customers Maybe in the back flipping burgers would be a good spot for her
