Papa John's Pizza - Easley

We was there once for dine in- pizza was great. Ordered take out- first- they offered a discount for the 2-topping large pizza online- as I came and picked it up- if I would not had mentioned it, I'd payed twice as much.Even though I ordered and immediately went to pick it up- the pizza was relatively cold and the taste was not really what I'd expected. Might be an insult- but I had better at Little Cesar's.Too expensive for what you get. Not worth it.

Ordered delivery to the pool for my friends and their kids, the pizza showed up, tough, cold, and I think they forgot they were making pizza because there was barely any cheese on it. For nearly $30 you'd think two large pizzas would be high quality. That's what I get for not just ordering Little Caesars. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

I ordered an XL pizza for the family. The delivery guy shows up with a large. The manager says they will make me a new one but I have to pay the extra cost, then proceeds to talk over me as I try to explain what is wrong. I paid for an XL pizza but she wanted to charge me more to make another one. That's not how a business works. She needs to be fired ASAP!!!

We placed our order close to closing time instantly received a phone call asking if we could be there before 11:01 to pick up our order since they were having professional cleaners come in this evening. Both employees I spoke with were very nice respectful even saying it wasn’t a problem instead of being rude irritated. The food was excellent as usual.

Customer service was lacking, tried to get it delivered but person who answered the phone couldn't hear anything I was saying. Pizza was just ok.
