I had a negative experience at an NC shop. A friend recently suggested giving it another try, as they have tried several different locations and found them all to be less impressive. However, this particular location is clean, has a personalized touch, and is well-organized.
We had our first experience at the restaurant tonight, and we’ll definitely be returning. It was quite busy, but our wait wasn't too long. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious! The kids really enjoyed their meals as well! The service was excellent, too!
I had a disappointing experience at one of their locations in North Carolina. My girlfriend had mentioned wanting to try them again, and they have been to several different stores, but this one stood out as their favorite. This location is clean, has a personal touch, and is very well-run. I usually order the #7 mini, which offers great value, high-quality ingredients, and is healthy too.
I loved it! This was my first time trying the restaurant, and I was very pleased with the experience. I will definitely be returning.
The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the chicken Philly, and it was so generous that it could easily serve two meals!
At a popular Jersey Mike's location, diners consistently praise the cleanliness and friendly staff. The Original Italian and Ham and Provolone sandwiches receive high marks for flavor, while the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak sandwich is noted for being messy and soggy. Though prices are higher than competitors, patrons highlight the quality of ingredients and overall value, especially for options like the #7 mini. First-time visitors are delighted by the freshness of the sandwiches and the efficiency of the service, ensuring they'll return for more delicious meals in this inviting setting.

At Jersey Mike's Subs, the Original Italian and Ham sandwiches were as delicious as always, and both my wife and child really enjoyed their choices. However, the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak from the menu was a bit messy, with soggy and wet bread.
The sandwich was underwhelming and lacked texture. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be ordering it again.
It's my favorite sandwich, though I like it with banana peppers rather than dill pickles. The dill flavor is a bit too strong for me. I suggest ordering it without bacon and dill—that's the best way to enjoy it.
My go-to sandwich features banana peppers, but I like to skip the bacon since it changes the texture.
Always consistent and better than the competition

This restaurant is far too pricey for what you receive. You could enjoy a better meal for the same cost at other places like Inky's or Outback, where you'd actually get meat and sides! Here, a 6-inch sandwich is priced the same as a footlong at Subway. Their "bowl," meant to resemble a salad, has very little lettuce and just one piece of meat. I even took a picture, and it's quite disappointing. They don’t have any bread options, and honestly, it’s not worth it when you can just drive a few minutes to Subway or Publix. At least there, you can get combo discounts and a wider selection.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, they made sure our order was correct. I really appreciate the diverse selection of options, such as bowls, wraps, and subs!
We consider ourselves loyal customers of Jersey Mike's. Last night, we ordered a giant sub for delivery and specifically requested that the relish, as well as the oil and vinegar, be served on the side to avoid a soggy sandwich, especially since I don’t eat relish. However, instead of making a new sandwich when they realized their mistake—or at the very least, providing us with fresh relish—the person who prepared our sub simply scraped off the relish and mayonnaise and placed them in a cup. When I called later that night to speak with a manager, I was informed that no one was available. I was quite disappointed with this shortcut, but I’m grateful that I’m not allergic to relish since some of it was still left on the sandwich.
We walked in and were completely ignored at first. Eventually, the cashier came over to take our order. A woman from the grill area brought our subs to the counter, set them down, and walked away without saying a word. The cheese on our subs wasn’t melted at all. Paying $17 for each meal felt unreasonable given what we received. Someone did check in to ask if everything was okay, but when we shared our concerns, there was no response. We won’t be coming back.
Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite weekday dinner spots. I use the Jersey Mike's app to place my order, and it’s always prepared and waiting for me when I arrive. I usually order an 18-inch Club Sub on wheat bread with mayo, honey mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, and no onions. The 18-inch size from their menu is perfect because I can enjoy leftovers the next day since I don't cook during the week!
