Quite possibly the rudest people i have ever met in my life. They were out of pretty much every flavor munchkin, and had an attitude the whole time we were there. They forgot an order of our donuts and a coffee. Will not ever go back View all feedback.
The new hummus toast is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. An error was made, but it was quickly fixed. Would definitely come back.

Normally I only have positive things to say about this location. Today was by far the worst experience I?ve ever had and I felt they needed to know because if it happens again I?ll just take my business elsewhere. It was that bad. The people were very polite no problem there but they straight out did not listen to our order. We ordered two iced coffees one small one large. The lady gave us two large with out charging extra. ?So what?s the problem?, you?d ask. After getting home thinking we got a great deal from someone who simply miss understood us. We took the first sip and WOW it was sooo strong we ended up having to pour both coffees out. We could not drink it. So basically they made the coffee way too strong and thought they could serve it and we wouldn?t say anything because if the ? hook up.? That?s $8.00 for coffee we couldn?t drink plus the gas we ran out waiting for our order. It might sound petty but that?s too much money to just pour down the drain. Do better or you might be out of a job.
I've been waiting in this line for 20 minutes. People say you want people to move forward and you'll get them out! Here's the best part. It was for 3 donuts and a small hot cocoa.
Went through the drive thru and asked if we could do two separate commands (two people in the same car) that are not a big deal other place we are? This lady was so rude. She said in a very rude tone? will they be long? I have a line? My sister and I were still shocked for a second by the rudeness and boldness of this question like, can you not say that to a customer I don't understand how in the world you think that?s okay??not mentioning, customer service I can't imagine something like that to a customer, then another lady came up and took our order and seemed stressed out and a little emotional than we were on the window we were getting out will never go to this place again.
