What Mary Kathleen doesn't like about Dunkin':
I ordered a variety and got only 2 that I actually ordered. When I asked question while ordering she was talking crazy fast I had to ask her to slow down, when I paid I told her I had to use my fingerprint for tap to pay and she just walked away from me. I'm glad someone nice stepped up and completed my payment for me. But I waited in a slow moving line for rude attitude and the wrong food, my kid didn't get his donu... View all feedback.

Really disappointed in our Dunkin donuts order this morning at the Easley location. My husband and I ordered 4 donuts, and these were given to us thrown upside down into a bag, no box, causing the icing to be smeared all over the inside of the bag and all over the other donuts. So messy, and we weren’t even given napkins. Sadly, we won’t be back.
Placed an order on the app to pick up next morning. wait in line at drive thru for 15 minutes get to window and they tell me they don't have an order for me. The app sent me notification that my order was being prepared. The money for the order is pending in my bank account and the order was placed at the correct store in Easley. Couldn't wait any longer to redo order as I had to be at work.
Enter at your own risk!My wife ordered donuts for my son’s class for his birthday today. They were to be picked up at 7:55 AM. They were not ready when she got there after 7:55 and the drive-through lady made several smart comments to my wife and other customers while she was not even bothering to help my wife or the other employee. She kept telling the other employee not to give my wife donuts with sprinkles because it would mess up her afternoon order. Not once did she apologize for the order not being ready or provide any type of decent customer service during the exchange.. At this point, my wife was late and she said she would take any kind of donuts. The Dunkin employee then followed my wife out of the store, and in front of my young child, started screaming that if my wife had something to say to her, she could say it to her face and threatening her! Truly shameful behavior, and anyone who chooses to patron a business deserves to be treated better. We love Dunkin’ but this location with its slow, unorganized, RUDE staff is not worth the bother. We will spend our money elsewhere.
Me and my best friend are both lactose intolerant, so we always order our coffees with oat milk. The past two times we’ve came here they have put regular milk and we have both gotten really sick. Imagine what would happen if somebody with a deadly milk allergy had gotten regular milk and had their requests ignored. this staff has no consideration for customers!
