Chick-fil-a - Easley

I recently moved to this area and decided to give this restaurant a try since we haven't set up a kitchen yet. The yogurt parfait was delicious, but the waffle fries were cold. The chicken was salty and dry, and we ordered a 12-piece but only received 8 pieces with no sauce. The atmosphere was warm, and my husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized they forgot to give us the drinks we ordered.

This was my sandwich. I requested extra pickles but did not receive them. However, that was not a huge issue for me. The chicken was flat, which is a big deal in my opinion. The cup was filled with so much ice that I only had a few sips before it was finished. The fries container only had a few fries in it. We also ordered soup, which came in a small bag that we had to tear open to access. The lid was off and the soup was spilled in the bag. Additionally, we ordered through the app, specified our table number, but our food was taken to the wrong tables and we had to ask others if they were "our names". I have never been disappointed at a Chick-fil-A before. We have used them for parties in the past and were always impressed. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience this time.

I have never experienced a fast-food restaurant making mistakes like this before. I have traveled to the USA and never had any issues. However, on this occasion, my drink was made incorrectly and some staff members acted as if I was bothering them when I tried to address missing items or incorrect orders. I was not very impressed with this place, and the quality of the chicken sandwiches can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are soggy and other times they are perfectly cooked. On a positive note, the restaurant is very clean and the fries are consistently crispy. Despite these issues, I will continue to come back but will be more cautious and double-check my orders.

Don't know what's going on with this chic fil a. The last two grilled chicken sandwiches I ate from here had me running to the bathroom in less than 20 minutes. First one tasted a little off and was Luke warm. I figured it was just a fluke because it's chic fil a. Second one had tomatoes on it which I didn't order and the bottom half of the bun was cold. The chicken was warm bit definitely not hot so I ate half of it. Won't make that mistake again. I've had no problems with other chic fil a restaurants in the area

I saw the ride through and thought it'd last forever. but I was faster than usual. eating is always hot and tasty. Love Chick-fil-A?
