They have a wide selection of wines an... read more I may not know much about wine, but I can always count on the staff at this restaurant to provide a great recommendation. They have a wide selection of wines and spirits, as well as high-end chocolates and snacks available for purchase. It's a fantastic spot to find unique gifts and the ideal wine to accompany your dinner party. Although I do miss the old bar, sitting at a table out front is a wonderful way to relax after a long day at work.

We have always received e... read more Hello, my partner and I are local to the area and have visited Vindinista many times to pick up a bottle of wine for a quiet night in. We have always received excellent service from Stacey, who is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. We love to support small local businesses. However, this evening we had a negative experience with a staff member. The staff member was a female, around 35 years old with blonde hair. At around 7pm, we were waiting outside the shop discussing what wine to buy when we were approached by the staff member who was standing by the door. She rudely asked us where we thought we were going and informed us that there was a queue. We explained that we thought she worked there, but she did not even acknowledge us. Another customer who was with her made a light-hearted comment, but the situation could have been handled more politely. We decided to leave and went to a nearby store to buy wine. We noticed that the shop closed shortly after. It seems like the staff member may have been rude in order to close up early. We were disappointed by this experience and will no longer be able to support Vindinista due to the behavior of their employees. We hope that customer service training can be provided to prevent future incidents like this. Kind regards, NW
