I sampled a variety of dishes and each one was delicious. The food was served hot and fresh, and I have been on the hunt for the best grill in town, and this place is definitely it. The dishes were expertly prepared and I left completely satisfied.

The food w... read more This Indian pub located in a back street is fantastic. They offer a great selection of beers, the atmosphere is lively, and the staff is really good. The food was delicious and overall, a great experience. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it was too busy and the food service was slow. The mixed grill was good, but we prefer to order dishes separately. I will definitely be coming back and next time, it will be a 5-star review.

The pub itself is nice an... read more I had a terrible experience at The Scotsman last week. The food quality was awful and I would not eat there again even if it was free. The pub itself is nice and the decor is pleasant. The food presentation was good, but the taste was terrible. We ordered a large selection of dishes including a mixed grill, naan bread, chicken curry, and chips. The mixed grill was overseasoned and the chicken curry was the worst I've ever had. Despite the friendly staff, many diners in our party of six got food poisoning. When I emailed the restaurant about this, they ignored my complaint. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at an Indian restaurant and I would not go back, even if it was free.

This restaurant serves the best Indian food I have ever had, and I have been to India twice this year! The dishes are spicy, but not too overpowering, and packed with incredible flavor. The combination of mint, ginger, curry, tomato, and richness is mind-blowing. The Puri and Nan bread were flavorful and served on a rack. The grilled lamb was delicious. Surprisingly, the prices were quite affordable. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but when the food is this good, it doesn't matter.
