Came to park royal to actually go to the pizza hat, but was not here in years, and saw that pizza hat had been closed, so we thought could eat on nando. the guy on the door was in order, and the waitress behind the counter was okay. but it cost me £30, I ordered a simple chicken burger with pommes and shiny on the side. my daughter had the chicken legs and fries. we both ordered a dessert. we had two glasses of water from the donator. it was disgusting. we waited for almost 15 minutes for our food when it came my burger was cold and annoying looking, and cold rolls. with a kind of red sauce in it. it was terrible, the chicken was as bland and pale as it had been cooked. they didn't bring my chips. I had to go to the counter and tell the same server that my chips were missing. she bought it within a few seconds. my colleague was good and much of it. my daughter eating was hot and they enjoyed it, we had to call over the server, for our desserts are served. the waitress that went to our desserts (which were the **** cake, and the salted caramel cheesecake, took her time, I saw her behind the counter and did not see her with a spat to get the cheesecake out of the tablet, she was with the hands, I watched her and she took a piece of a cheesecake then I had put her back with the idea of but I thought it was over and out. it got bus drivers and busie, which felt restless about covid and everything. I didn't eat the bungalow, I ate the cold pale huh, and chips and shiny, I'll never come back again. it's just because they closed pizza hat and that movie that's such a shame. overall I did not cost my food, but my daughter did, the salted cheesecake was abit strange, the cheesecake part was abit krumbly, like feta cheese style, it was not creamy in texture. the place was flowering, but not for me. by the way, eating was also not worthy to go on my Instagram page,
I really had one of the best nandos of my life. amazing customer service, social distancing and eating was incredible. was always a Nandos fan, but this must be one of my new faves. also helpful that parking is free so that it. can spend this money on a freky dessert or drink. only good things to say and can't wait to go back there. it was so impressed by the social disintegration. beautiful staff, smiling, professional and funny. such a great nandos!
On entry the lady at the till (she had a injured leg) was lovely which is more than i can say for the rest of the rude staff who seemed to have a very tainted understanding of good customer service. The food was over cooked...... burnt basically and we had to complain on site. It was also EXTREMELY HOT in there to the point of being uncomfortable to stay. Not the beat experience but thank you to the injured lady on the till for saving the experience
We were unpleasently surprised by how unclean everyting was. The plates and forks although washed, had dry pieces of food stuck on them. Our table was sticky and the one next to ours was a real mess although the people sitting there had left at...least 20 minutes earlier. There was litter all over the floor, around the tables and under the chairs. The cashier was more annoyed than helpful concerning our questions about the food on the menu (it was the first time for us there, plus we are tourists and English is not our native language). The food was ok, but to be honest, who wants to eat in such an environment?
Best services I have never seen in any restaurants after the covid pandemic has specified. they have minimized all direct contacts with customers, except for serving food. we have placed the order with the QR code on the table. our favorite sows from nando served in bags. all employees. wear face masks and keep social distance. we felt very safe and comfortable.
