The food... read more I recently ordered takeout breakfast from this restaurant and was very impressed. The price per person was very affordable, falling between $1 and $10. The food was delicious, earning a rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also excellent, receiving a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, with a rating of 4 out of 5. I would highly recommend trying their donuts, bagels, apple fritter, and muffins.

I tried ordering at the counter because the kiosk menu was not good, but the staff ignored me and didn't even direct me to use the kiosk. Eventually, I used the kiosk and ended up spending $18 on donuts, a stuffed croissant, 2 fritters, and coffee. Despite this, they acted like my order was complete after giving me a burnt croissant. There were 6 employees working, joking around, and they didn't even bother to box my donuts or remember the apple fritters I ordered. It was practically empty in the store, with only drive-thru customers, yet they treated me like I didn't exist. It shouldn't have taken 10 minutes and multiple reminders to box up donuts that were just sitting on a shelf. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Once I requested my few items, throughout my request, I was promptly being cut off before I could finish my request. Furthermore, between a thick accent and her inability to properly communicate,additional items were being added to the order that did not need to be. I recommend some type of Customer Service training forthis individual. This is unacceptable.

They nodded an... read more I want to give a 0 rating. I asked for a cappuccino with a shot of espresso. and I told the cashier again to make sure shot of espresso is there. They nodded and they gave me drip coffee with cream, I didn?t notice until I left from drive thru. It wasTERRIBLE! The bad tasting coffee is not my annoyance as much as the lying and passing it under the rug as cappuccino! The hashbrowns were undercooked and gross.
