This restaurant serves typical bar food, but their Rueben sandwich is delicious and the cheese steaks are amazing. It's a great spot to visit in the summer after kayaking on Hunters Lake. The atmosphere is eclectic, with Eagle Mere tourists, locals, bikers, hikers, and a mix of other people. You always feel welcome here. Got there about 3pm, no waitresses yet. Bartender ran over asked us what we wanted for drinks ran baway brought drinks out told him we would like to order he said wait gotta go ring out the bar flies came back took out order. Brought food out cheese steak sub ok I had black Angus beef burger I didnt taste line it more a Boughton patty from Sams club, asked medium well was pink in side, I wasnt impressed never go back View all feedback.
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. We highly recommend it, especially if you're in the area and want to support a local establishment. Everything we tried was fantastic.
My friend and I were in town for the annual PA State SASS Championship shooting match with the Northern Sportsmen Association and were in search of a place to eat on Sunday night. I came across The Barn on Google and called to see if they were open. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, all at a reasonable price. The next time we are in town, we will definitely be dining here again.
The restaurant had great reviews on Google, although it may not look appealing from the outside. However, the food and service were amazing! You must try the Barn Burger and Andy's Hot Paprika dish!
Nice, homey feel. Restaurant and bar. Our food was very well made and super tasty! I had a chicken cheese steak salad. (All the fun of a sandwich with a little less guilt)
Was there for the meatloaf special on Thursday night. Excellent food.
