We live in Denver and first visited Pastativ in 2008 when I and my wife stayed at a nearby Eagle hotel. What an experience and effect that the visit to Pastatively had made, we enjoyed our evening some of the best Italian foods we had... in fact delicious, rich, but never to forget... the effects were so that we visited the mountains at any time, drove from Eagle, we made it a point to try to get a place at this always busy place for a meal and if that didn't work, we ordered to go back to eat! Our recent visit was checked by our children when we visited Vail but convened to wait (for us that Covid made it possible) and we decided to feed there. The experience we had 12 years ago when we first visited the place... Great service and great food! Children enjoyed every dish we ordered, and they even asked us to go a pinch of soup! they love is so much! Love the ambience, the staff, the service and of course the food! delicious! will visit again when we are around...

The foo... read more We’re so glad we discovered this delightful and welcoming Italian restaurant! Our server was fantastic and helped us find the coziest seat in the house. The food is incredible; the lasagna is a generous portion soaked in delicious tomato sauce. The chicken Marsala was just right for my girlfriend and her Whole30 dietary plan. We finished every bite and highly recommend this place to everyone— the food is both unique and flavorful, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.

The atmosphere is humble, and the staff is incredibly attentive to their guests. They offer a variety of daily specials and have an extensive wine selection. We were the first customers on Tuesday, and the owner kindly treated us to a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely gesture! My girlfriend may have felt a bit unwell after having the eggplant parmesan, but we both agreed it was the best we’ve ever tasted. Definitely worth a visit!
