Absolutely fantastic! The mozzarella sticks are always my favorite, and dinner was wonderful. The kids even finished their entire meals! Plus, Jen W made the best Jalapeno Moscow Mule I've ever tasted. I'm really glad we decided to stop by tonight! View all feedback.

**Dining Experience:** Lunch
**Price Range:** $20–30 per person
**Service Rating:** 3/5
**Atmosphere Rating:** 3/5
**Recommended Dish:** Burger
I recently had lunch at this restaurant and spent around $20–30 per person. The service was decent, earning a rating of 3 out of 5, as staff were attentive but could have been more prompt. The atmosphere also received a rating of 3, offering a casual vibe but lacking a bit in warmth. The highlight of my meal was the burger, which I would definitely recommend trying. Overall, it was a satisfactory dining experience.
One of the highlights was the fireplace in the bar, which was perfect for warming up our snowmobiling gear. The sign outside boasted "Best Fish Fry," and while I was initially skeptical—since many Wisconsin restaurants make the same claim—this fish fry truly lived up to the hype. I can confidently say it's one of the best I've ever had. They offered cod, walleye, and perch, with the cod available as an all-you-can-eat option. Each meal came with fries or potato pancakes, coleslaw, and applesauce. As for drinks, there were around ten beers on tap and a wide range of bottled options, including a few gluten-free choices. Just a heads-up: if you choose to pay with a credit card, there’s a 3% surcharge.
We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant after visiting the nearby shooting range. We started with a couple of draft beers, but they had an off taste and were flat. So, we switched to bottles, which were fine. When our food arrived, my father's burger was completely burnt and charred. He waited for a few minutes hoping to speak with the server, but she never came by. Eventually, he decided to try it anyway, but it was inedible. He showed it to the server, who said she would take it to the cook and then left. We were left wondering whether he would get a new burger or if they would adjust the bill. Unfortunately, neither happened. After the rest of us finished our meals, we received the check with only a $3 discount for the burger. It seemed he was charged for the portion he had eaten. I was reluctant to leave a negative review, but after seeing similar experiences from other customers, I felt it was necessary. I hope improvements are made in the future.
I absolutely loved it! I visited after an awesome day at McMiller Sports Center. I sat at the bar and enjoyed some tasty snacks along with a cold beer in a charming, old-world atmosphere. The ambiance was relaxed, and the bartender was friendly and helpful. This is a place you definitely shouldn't miss!
Excellent menu and great local vibe! The new beer garden out back is gorgeous! Have the Dooley Rolls, they are my fave! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fish Fry, Tater Tots
