The Midway - Eagle River

This small roadside bar and grill is staffed with some of the friendliest people you could ever hope to meet. When our family visited, some members didn't speak English and one couldn't eat gluten. Despite limited menu options, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Various staff members went out of their way to help us, making us feel extremely welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant place to dine.

I am writing a review for Scooter's, also known as Midway. It is a charming bar located along the highway in Rockville. We stopped for lunch in hopes of finding a nice spot to chat. The bar is clean and well-maintained, with tables lining two sides. It is evident that the bar has been recently renovated, giving it a pleasant country feel. We ordered a burger and a BLT, both of which were delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly and the portion size was generous. I have heard that Grandma's Potato Salad is a must-try here, so I will definitely be returning to sample it.
