Subway - Eagle River

So disappointed. At 5:00pm I ordered an unsweetened ice tea. It was empty so I asked if they could make another batch. I was told that they only make tea once a day and it would not be possible to make some more. Now I have been there a few times and they just make some tea and life is good but this young lady was adamant that she was not going to make that tea. She even called her manager on the phone to explain this ridiculous policy. First of all I didn’t want to talk to a manager to explain why your so cheap you won’t make a pot of tea. As a customer I just want to order my food and get out as fast as I can. My suggestion to Subway is if someone requests some tea at 5pm and you don’t close until 9, just make the tea already!!! Some of us are diabetic and can’t have all the sugar from the soda machine. Just be happy. I’m not calling Americans with disabilities act to complain to them. Next time I’ll just drive to Anchorage.

The old lady that works there is always mean and never helps any of the staff make the sandwich’s. During a dinner rush she decides to stock the chips which there supposed to be were plenty of). I have never placed and order online and picked it up when it was ready. I have always had to wait.

This is probably one of the cleaner subways I've ever been to, not that subways are nasty, this is just a very clean, nice looking subway. We almost always use the app and it's very easy to come in and grab your sandwich. Reason we didn't give higher stars is because often they've been out of things lately. Sometimes it's tomatoes or something huge like lettuce, sometimes it's our favorite sauce. I don't know how much their faults or post covid world with shortages. But we do like this subway. The employee seem to always be pretty friendly and working.

This is the second time that I’ve gotten sick from Subway and this is only the second time I’ve gone this year (I’d rather have firehouse subs). I don’t know what they are doing but, I’ve never had a problem with subway. Last time about 2 months ago, our meals made myself and my partner puke and spew our guts. Yesterday, the same thing. Went and now I’m laying in bed puking my brains out. Something tells me they aren’t cleaning fully or using the proper cleaning method for product.

I like subway sandwiches. This location is fairly clean and it’s nice to go in and have a clean table to eat at. They gave me extra toppings, and a good amount of Extra, when I asked for them. It makes for a good experience when they give you exactly what you want. Only reason it does not get 5 stars is because Subway isn’t a top of the line restaurant. If I am rating this Subway against other Subways it would probably be 5 stars(FYI).
