Finally, five days later, they replied and informed me of their opening hours, suggesting that I could still get my order delivered as soon as they opened. I agreed, and they mentioned they would open around 4 or 5 PM. However, I had to follow up an hour after their supposed opening time, only to be told they had just opened at 7 PM and that they would be on their way shortly. Once again, they failed to deliver that day and left my messages unanswered. I had to escalate the situation by posting about my experience on Facebook, threatening to get the police involved before they finally responded. They had the nerve to claim they hadn’t ignored my messages. In the end, they offered the snacks I wanted for free and promised to refund my $20 once they had the funds available. When I went to pick up my snacks, one of them still had an off flavor that faded after a few sips. I did get $8 back on my Cash App, likely because I saw a girl purchasing snacks next to me, even though they claimed they had "no customers" to refund me. It was quite busy when I arrived! Two days later, and I still haven’t received the rest of my refund. These people seem to be scammers. Another girl messaged me saying she had a similar experience with them a year ago, and they used sob stories to avoid responsibility. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

The exterior seemed a bit uninviting, but since they were open, I decided to give it a try. The raspa was excellent, and the burger was just what I needed!
