I’ve never experienced faster service at a Panda Express. I stopped in for a bowl of chow mein and orange chicken, and we were out the door in about five minutes. The staff was professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. I've been here before, and I've always had a great experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Food there is Horrible. Lo mein is dry. Cooks there need a refresher on how to cook real Chinese food. Customer service is Horrible. You have to keep repeating your order and still they get it wrong. View all feedback.
The dishes were cooked to perfection. The roll was absolutely amazing—juicy and full of flavor. The chow mein could have used a bit more seasoning, but it was still good overall.
I received a lot more rice than fire chicken breast, and the meat was dry, which is unusual for this dish! I'm very disappointed. I ordered two servings but essentially got just one. The meat didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.
The Minute Maid Lemonade was mostly just water and ice. However, the Original Orange Chicken and the Chow Mein were both delicious and arrived warm. I requested a side of sweet and sour sauce for my Cream Cheese Rangoon, but it didn't come, and I also didn't receive any cutlery.
My food was delicious but I only got three pieces of shrimp. They made up for it by adding extra orange chicken though.
I was supposed to get a cherry coke and just got soda water. Rice was also undercooked.
