Casino Grill - Eagle Pass

My review is primarily about the hotel that the bar and grill are connected to. We stay at the Casino Hotel at least 1 2 per month. We have never had any issues. The simple family owned hotel always has immaculately clean rooms, the employees are personable and friendly, and the beds in the rooms closer to the office (upstairs) are actually more comfortable than the ones at the hotel at the casino! Yes, you read it right, I 've even asked where they purchased the mattresses because I would like to purchase one. Yes, they 're THAT COMFORTABLE. Bar and Grill free breakfast buffet is included with the stay. It 's a simple menu of eggs, beans, bread, cereals, juice and milk and coffee. Simple but DELICIOUS! The salsa is the best part. Yum! I have recommended this hotel to several of my family and friends.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Between the sheets there was underwear left from previous renter. The bed was made but obviously not cleaned or sheets changed. The lock on the door was falling off. The satellite TV remote didn't. Work. There were dead small roaches around the room. The bathroom was not clean as, there was long hair against the wall of the tub. No parking space available. Even after reporting everything to front desk, nothing was done about it.

I booked a room on August 4th for August 7th and 8th made the reservation with Expedia price came out to $90.40 but the casino hotel is charged me $200.

This place over charge people and nothing works ?Not a good experienceBut they made up for it the next day because we want it to stay another day to go to the casino, a nicer attendant came and assist us she fixed the tv and we got a lot of channels like we should have in the first place and she gave us more towels so are stay was a lot more comfortable ? yayyy ??I don't know her name ?So I hope they keep up the good work, they'll get more results ????

Great price for a comfortable, convenient room. Service is always great, room is always clean, and location is perfect for my needs.
