Dairy Queen Grill Chill

This place is WACK. I ordered two small blizzards on the app that said it would be ready at 6:15. I show up at 6:17 and they said they would start making them. I get the first one within a few minutes. I wait until 6:30 and ask where the second blizzard is. They tell me they had to go to the back to get more ingredients. While I am waiting an employee comes out of the back looking distressed. She was locked in the back freezer for who knows how long. She said she was very scared and didn’t know when someone was going to open the door. I keep waiting for the second blizzard. I see an employee make two blizzards thinking one is for me, but no he gives them to two fellow employees in the back. I ask again about my blizzard and they finally start making it and I leave at 6:40. Get to my car. It’s the wrong blizzard. Never again.Oh also there was only one other customer waiting at the same time and she ordered a banana split and they gave her the wrong order and had to remake it.

Went and got blizzard's (shakes) and they were all halfway melted. There would be no way they could have flipped it. Which they didn't even try. They would have plopped on the ground outside of the window. None of them had lids either so they dripped all over my car.

Beware of this place. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting. I had to take a picture. No one thing was clean, the trash was overflowing and floor was covered in dropped food. It was by far one of the most filthy kitchens I have ever seen. It will be a long time before I think about coming back to this place.

We just tried to stop to get a mini blizzard on the way home and saw only 2 cars in line so we thought it would be quick. But we were waiting after ordering for almost 20 minutes. The car in front of us also only got ice cream. But then when we got the ice cream this is strange but both my husband and I thought the whole top layer of the mini blizzard tasted burnt. It was the strangest thing. I have gone here a handful of times and even when there are a lot of people working it is still usually quite slow.

Wow. I stood and watched a kid with an arm bandage serve up 3 different soft serve cups and EAT them, while 4 of us who ordered stood and waited for 20 minutes for soft serve. Utterly ridiculous. These teens need some leadership bc they are NOT responsible enough to run this place alone.
