Asian Cafe - Eagle Mountain

I started working from home during Covid. I lived just down the street from this place. I would walk there every day for take out for my lunch. Great lunch specials. The Orange Chicken and General Tso Chicken were my favorites. The guy knew what I was ordering already because I got lunch there so often. I don't live there any more and I really miss getting lunch at this place. There was enough food for my lunch and a snack later. Very reasonable pricing on the lunch specials.

I recently moved to Saratoga Springs and have now eaten at all 4 Chinese restaurants in the area. I can officially say there is not a single good Chinese restaurant in this city. While the food here looks fresh at least, there is hardly any flavor to it. Additionally, they use styrofoam takeout containers that don't seal shut. Unlike most Chinese restaurants, the sauce they use is extremely thin and runny, so if you tip your bag on the way home, what little sauce there is runs into the bag.

Needs more sauce on the items they can be a little dry sometimes but not always.

Our first time here. Walked in, ordered right away, food came to the table quick and hot. Food was tasty good and reasonably priced. Happy to see hand washing going on by employee/owner. We will come back.

I was hoping it would be spicy but it wasn't, maybe I had to ask. But it was soy free for those needing that. More bland than I like but still good ? Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten-free and they were able to make a Kung pao beef without the soy sauce.
