Casey's - Eagle Lake

Stopped at the store when I was painting in town to buy a couple of lottery tickets last Thursday. The cashier behind the counter asked me if I wanted to buy another ticket for the Powerball that they accidentally printed. The ticket was$15 dollars. 5 drawings for the Powerball with the power play selected. I always buy tickets when this happens because you never know, but the $15 was way more than I normally would ever spend. On Sunday I checked my numbers to see if I had won any money, only to notice that the ticket was for the drawing the day before I purchased it. I called the store and they did say they would reimburse my purchase but now I need to drive almost an hour out of my way, and they won't give me anything for my trouble (not even a small gift card). Be careful if you buy lottery tickets from this store. I will never stop at this store again when I'm passing by on highway 14.

Ordered a taco pizza, but maybe only have the pizza had half the toppings on it. Also waited another 45 mins past when they said it would be done. Then when I called all he could do for me was get me a coupon . Service: Take out Meal type: Other

We ordered the family meal for the game tonight. Teresa was very busy with orders, even so, our pizza and cheesy bread was amazing! The best Casey's we have ever had! The cashier Mike was also very friendly and polite! Great experience, thank you!

This will be my last caseys experience ever. I got to caseys around 7:20 am with my son to get breakfast before school like we usually do but there was no breakfast eaten after the horrible experience. Someone decided that the best time to clean the grease trap would be bright and early when everyone is getting breakfast. This was the strongest most rancid smell I have ever smelled! It's been 20 minutes and I still feel like I could vomit. The fact that 7 am sounded like an appropriate time to fill the store with the smell of rotting nastiest worse than any septic smell is exactly why I will never step foot in a caseys again.
