Eagle Harbor Inn

Took a chance for lunch although the parking lot was full. For the UP, this is 5-star dining. There are few places that offer much beyond fried fish. The Eagle Harbor Inn offers several options including an excellent burger, but I had the grilled chicken topped with a Michigan cherry/onion sauteed relish ... very creative and tasty. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices as well.

Nice little place. Stopped for lunch. Don't let the full parking area in the front deter you. There is plenty of dining room inside. Food was very good; will definitely stop again when we're in the area.

A gem in the wilderness! Rooms tight but clean and comfortable. Food good, bar cozy, wait staff delightful especially Nicole! 3 minute walk from a nice sandy cove beach on Lake Superior. Will be back.

We needed dinner and got in late, the restaurant was supposed to close in 15 minutes and we were very apologetic and asked if there was another restaurant in town. The owner was insistent that we had plenty of time and we could sit down and enjoy our meal. It was excellent I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Harbor Inn. It’s a very simple cottage-like stay, but clean beds are comfortable. The best part is their restaurant; everything is delicious. You have to try the lobster pizza! Dave, the owner went out of his way to contact me as we forgot a bag of clothes. He is sending them to us…so kind of him to do that. There’s a nice beach nearby a visit to lighthouse is recommended. Also, it’s an enjoyable short drive to Copper Harbor.
