Great little hidden gem! Service was a little slow but she did good after I got my food. Good vibe, not a whiskey guy so I got their vodka drink and it was absolutely nasty. Tasted like dill seasoning and vodka. The prohibition burger was PHENOMENAL! the sauce they use is perfect and even though its a triple its not too big. Fries were also pretty good! Live music was a nice touch. Would definitely come back for date night!

Stuns in this place on a quick trip to the city. Really enjoyed. Cocktails where amazing and the whisky selection was great. Had some excellent offers with the outbreak of the budget. Head bartender was great to chat with and we both learned about something new. Great time and safe again. We're done.

Volstead House is always a great place for cocktails. It has a very pleasant atmosphere that I believe you will find quite surprising. The food is just as good. Brian is an excellent bartender, always ready to make this special cocktail for you. If you want to try something new, I'm sure he can do something you like. If you tell him the type or brand of alcohol you enjoy, given its excellent selection, I think he will mix a cocktail that will satisfy any taste. I would suggest that you have a seat or 2 at the bar, a high tip or one of the cabins that can accommodate larger groups as they are usually quite busy.

Such an incredible jewel for Eagan. Very unique and charming. Your selection of cocktails is endless and you can always ask the bartender to make you something in a mood. They often have live music and their terrace is a beautiful room that you can enjoy almost all year round as they open it early in spring to late autumn, and sometimes in winter for ice bar. Follow them on social media and you will find that you lack this place and want to go there as soon as you read their post.

Went on Friday night and had such a wonderful time. Grateful for the vegan option- jackfruit tacos were delicious. We had the ruby rose cocktail and it was wonderful. The band creating the best atmosphere. Our server Parker was amazing at his job and created such a wonderful experience for us. Definitely worth the trip to check out this great bar!
