Mcdonald's - Eagan

I usually like to grab a late-night snack at McDonald's, and this particular location is open 24 hours. However, I have to ask - am I the only one in Minnesota who craves iced tea and/or ice cream after 9:00pm? If I am, then I apologize. But if not, then why close the ice machine and stop serving iced tea when there are still customers around? Are you also shutting down the coffee machine and fryers before closing time? I would much rather have iced tea and ice cream than coffee and fries. You didn't get my $10 that night, and have you ever considered doing a cost analysis to see if it would be beneficial to keep these items available later at night? The staff at the drive-thru should be able to communicate clearly with customers, rather than shrugging and mumbling vague responses. I can tell you why you close early - it's because you have machines to clean before closing, but most customers don't care about that. People appreciate having access to iced tea and ice cream late at night, and until you make changes, you should at least give customers a better explanation. If nothing changes, I'll take my business elsewhere to a more customer-friendly establishment.

I had a great experience at McDonald's! The food was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised when an employee asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work - I'll definitely be returning!
