Hiko Sushi - Eagan

Upon entering, we noticed a menu board with daily specials, and one item caught my eye. The three of us ordered a variety of rolls, ensuring that the shrimp stayed away from mine – a detail I always appreciate. While I don't remember the names of the rolls we ordered, one had mango and various fish, while another was unique with banana. We all enjoyed our choices and the friendly service we received. If this restaurant is still open, I would recommend stopping by. Apologies for the delay in writing this review.

Hiko is the place to go if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and fantastic sushi. The owners, Eric and Angie, are kind and grateful for their customers. The food is wonderful, with the sushi being especially fantastic. The Audi roll is popular, but try asking for the off-menu Pop Rocks Roll for a fun experience. They also offer delicious green tea, great salads, and a clean dining area. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, with a majority of their business being carryout orders, the restaurant continues to thrive. The hibachi is excellent, and there are plenty of options for those who don't like seafood. The hot and sour soup is a must-try. Eric and Angie are valued members of the Eagan restaurant community, and their survival mode operations should be understood and appreciated.

The server was friendly and attentive. The sushi was delicious and the chicken fried rice was moist and flavorful. I would definitely return, it was all so good!

Definitely an incredible find for the sushi goers. Highly recommend. Great service wonderful selection and not well-known so you don't have to wait to be served!

Tonight was my Wife's My first time here. The food was absolutely delicious all of the workers were very polite! We will definitely be back here many more times in the near future.
