Came here because I had been wanting Mexican for a while, was also staying across the street at the holiday inn. Very convenient location. Service was amazing as well as the atmosphere. The food was top tier and came out piping hot.Took me some time to figure out what I wanted being the menu is big but I could honestly say the food did not disappoint. 12/10 I would recommend this place for good Mexican food. What Peggy Patton doesn't like about El Loro Méxican:
My husband and I had been out working all day, and stopped in to get take out for our dinner. I ordered a beef taco salad and a beef taco, but I received a tortilla bowl with a ton of rice, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream NO MEAT AT ALL.... My husband ordered a couple burritos, and has not eaten them yet so we shall see. They did give me a refund for the taco salad, but now I am let with no dinner. I live in Mendota... Delicious food here and the hospitality, from the host to the bus person; is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and the food comes out quickly.
Service was slow, wait staff were not friendly, food was pretty good.
Chips and salsas were served right as we sat down, the server (taller guy with black glasses) was awesome, and the food was great, as usual!
El Loro delivered a 5 star experience again! Service was kind and quick. The food was delicious. Tried a Texas Margarita on the rocks and it was delicious. I love their Pollo Loco. Highly recommend!! Restaurant was clean. Great time was had!
Wife and loved our fajitas. Good portions and tasty options. The atmosphere is really nice and we had a really nice time
