Cold Stone Creamery - Eagan

I was not satisfied with the service I received from the young woman with glasses at the ice cream shop. I requested a small vanilla ice cream with Oreos, but she only included half of an Oreo. When I asked for another one, she gave me the other half of the broken cookie. I requested another Oreo, and when I went to pay, the price increased from $4 to $6 because I asked for "extra." I only wanted one additional Oreo, so it was frustrating that they only included one in the first place for a small serving.

The ice cream quality was poor with flavors not matching what I ordered. There was a lot of cross-contamination observed, and the toppings were not properly integrated with the ice cream. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had with Cold Stone.
