Was Nicolas Douglas at Casper's a mag?
I recently had one of the best dining experiences at this restaurant. Our server, Teresa, was incredibly friendly and warm. I enjoyed the bone-in ribeye, which was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and I can't wait to go back! View all feedback.

What samira karki dislikes about Casper's:
Very friendly place, although it was my first visit, I loved how our server was very humble, very quick to bring our drinks and would say very honest when I inquired about their cocktails that she honestly tells me , she doesn't know much about cocktails. I like it when server give me their honest opinion. My family liked all you can it shrimp and walleye. I am not big fan of sea food, so I ordered chipotle chicken s... View all feedback.

I have been looking for a new onion ring place since Burger Jones closed during covid. (RIP! Casper's is a worthy replacement! Crunchy, flavorful, and as big as the appetizer plates they are served on. I will go back for the onion rings alone. My party of 3 each had the same entree for dinner, so I can't speak to the variety on the menu, but the Firehouse burger and fries were good all around. The BBQ sauce has a bold flavor and the burgers were well cooked to preference. I am a stickler for

This is definitely a one and done place for me. We had a kind server who did a great job keeping our drinks refilled. However, that’s where the good things ended. Almost as soon as my family and I entered the restaurant, we were hit in the face with the smell of cigarette smoke. It was very clear that someone was smoking in their private party room, which we were seated by, as the smell got progressively stronger throughout our meal to the point that my sinuses burned and I had a massive headach

Previously I used to go to the Cherokee Sirloin Room on Smith Ave. I was never disappointed in that place. Not one time in many times there. (I lived in other parts of the country and used to go there while visiting family here) The Steak of the Decade, which became the Steak of the Millennium was one one of the best steaks anywhere in the US. Once that location closed and they completely moved to Eagan, I was still impressed by the service and the quality of the food. I probably went to this lo

A friendly neighborhood restaurant with warm, attentive service and reliably quick drink refills. Standout items include enormous, crunchy onion rings, well‑cooked burgers and steaks, and popular seafood options like walleye and all‑you‑can shrimp; portions are generous and service remains prompt even when busy. Drawbacks include intermittent cigarette smoke from a private event room that can permeate seating areas and occasional uneven entrees (one chicken sandwich was bland). Overall a solid casual spot for groups, families, and comfort‑food seekers, with a few service and atmosphere caveats to note.

I have been searching for a new spot for onion rings ever since Burger Jones closed during the pandemic. (RIP Casper's is a fantastic replacement! The onion rings are crunchy, flavorful, and as large as the appetizer plates they are served on. I will definitely be returning just for the onion rings. My group of three all ordered the same entree for dinner, so I can't comment on the variety of the menu, but the Firehouse burger and fries were all delicious. The BBQ sauce had a robust flavor and the burgers were cooked to perfection. I am very particular about good service, and I was a bit hesitant when walking in. Despite it being late, the restaurant was pleasantly busy (for a Monday night) with just two bartenders running the show. However, we received our drinks and refills promptly, our food arrived quickly, and I had zero complaints! I have driven by this place numerous times and I am so happy we finally decided to stop in!
