Lots of song-inspired brew names, and they run their paces very nicely through each category, from bright, crisp, and refreshing, all the way through dark, roasty and velvety. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. View all feedback.
What Jordi Morissette doesn't like about Bald Man Brewing:
My wife and I were at Bald Man Brewing yesterday. It was pretty busy and we thought we'd try it out with our dog. I witnessed one of the male bartenders being EXTREMELY rude to a young lady that came in to have a beer and he denied her service. He said very loudly that he saw her trip as she came to the bar. What he didn't see is that there were several toddlers running around and she avoided them. Then he proceeded... View all feedback.
One of our favorite local hangs. Good beer options, ample space, usually a good food truck option, always has in-house Heggies and Pizza Bus frozen pizza available, and they do really good slushies for non-beer folks in the warmer months. They’re definitely a rock music focused spot, with decent streamed music, live music a couple times a week, and also trivia and bingo most weeks as well. The patio is dog friendly, and they keep it shoveled and have fires running when it’s decent out, even in winter. Wish they were dog friendly inside, but that is totally a city code thing.
Great beer, nice place to hangout while your spouse is at the outlet store. There’s also a great hiking trail along the Minnesota river.
Well, first visit. spent 20 minutes trying to find a place to sit or even stand. overly crowded for a free live performance. They were not staffed to handle the crowd. only 2 lines to order beer. i am sure they were well past capacity. love to actually try it some other time. just avoid live entertainment
Then he proceeded to yell across the bar in front of many customers that she should not be served. We talked to her on the patio and she was fine. We'll go back to our favorites like Mason Jar, Union 32 Craft House or Lone Oak Grill where there is a consistent menu and no rude treatment of their guests. VERY disappointing experience.
Eagan's very first taproom brewery, the owner who started it really is bald! haha. This well designed taproom is close to Highway 77, just on Highway 13. Easy location.I love the outdoor patio, as well as the private rooms for local meetings. There's pull tabs, live music occasionally, and discounted beers on Mondays. I am happy that they are slowly expanding their beer offerings from when they opened a couple of years ago. Easy parking, usually a food truck lurking around. Good beer.
