The chicken crazy fries are the BEST fries I've ever ate. Not an exaggeration. Horchata is really good and the service is great. However they do close an hour or 2 early most days. View all feedback.
ABSOLUTELY love this food truck! I eat there weekly. The owner is so sweet and the service and food is consistently top notch.I recommend the beef tacos and chicken quesadilla!
Talk about home away from home. Being from Cali and going east, I didn't expect to find some good Hispanic food but these tacos are delish and the alambre with without hot dogs is my go too when I have a late night because I would eat leftovers for dinner since it was a hefty meal. A little pricey and the taco salad is a bit not worth it but worth a try!!!
They're pretty good! Love the breakfast burrito con chorizo. They have some classics, and definitely make a few menu items a bit personalized...they taste great! Employees are very friendly as well, definitely recommend if you're looking for quick and authentic Mexican food.
Been wanting to try their food after reading about how much they went through to be able to stay open in the Oakland area. If you're not familiar with them, they are a food truck that is parked on the left side of the Exxon gas station on Highway 64 just east of the 196 intersection. First time here. It was a blazing hot day around noon. They were kind of busy. I'm including a picture of their menu that they had posted on their FB page in May. Prices are the same for the most part. Tacos are now $2.50 each. I ordered some tacos 2 steak and 2 chicken and cheese dip with chips. Their tacos come on soft corn tortillas and have meat of your choice, onions, and cilantro. Each one gets a small cup of green salsa. Cheese dip comes in an 8 oz container. Chips are fresh made and are $1.00 extra. The best thing I got was the cheese dip. Great flavor. Not too mild, not too hot. The chips were fresh and crispy. The tacos were loaded with grilled meat. The steak on mine was cut so small, as a result, it cooked very quickly and by the time they pulled it, it was tough. The chicken was cut in larger pieces, but it too had been left on the grill too long. Both would have been much juicier if they had been pulled earlier. The meat itself did not have a lot of seasoning. The cilantro and onions did add some. The salsa they included with the tacos was excellent. It's one of those they should sell by the cup, if they don't already. Perfect seasoning, not very hot but so flavorful. It brought the dry tacos to life. The best part was the cheese dip and the friendly service. The worst was the wait. She told everybody it would be about 5 minutes, but in reality, it was 30. I'm a wimp, and standing in the blazing hot sun for that long wasn't pleasant. Maybe they could get an awning for the truck so people could get out of the sun while they waited. Or maybe they could prepare some of their items ahead of time to make their cooking times less. All in all, it was worth the money and we'll be back. For the amount of meat you get and that delicious salsa, the tacos are a great deal.
