Surfing Crab Cajun Seafood Boil

I dont know what happened this time. Recently the seasoning has been really salty with a lot less garlic. Bad looking shrimps in the mix I had to pick out. Hard potatoes. It all depends on the cook. Some days its delicious. Others not so much. A lot of inconsistencies and I order from here a lot.

The chicken fried rice gets an 8/10 from me! It was very delicious! The chicken could have used a bit more seasoning, but it was cooked perfectly—moist and not dry at all. The rice was great too! The yum yum sauce was also tasty!

I ordered the Half/Half with shrimp and catfish, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, and the portion size was generous. I think I've found my new favorite spot for fried fish!

The seafood at this restaurant consistently seems to be lacking in freshness. The crawfish in particular were clearly not fresh at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
