The cashier was very rude. I waited at least 30 minutes before I was helped. Manager asked if I been help I said no but all he did was walk away too. Finally the cashier came up and asked my name..I asked if I can have 2 2liter soda she got upset cuz I had already paid. Instead of listening to me she charged me for 2 20oz Instead, got more upset when I told wanted 2 liters not this. View all feedback.
What Laurie Pennington doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The delivery driver changed the tip amount on my receipt! I'm just wondering how many people he has done this to and they caught it!! I haven't been able to reach the manager yet, even though I've tried now 3 times, but I'm going to report this. IF we ever order again, I'll skip the tip on the receipt for sure!! I have been at this door for almost 10 minutes. There's two people in there that see us and won't open the door...I have somewhere to be and really wanted pizza. I felt ignored and like there was no sense of urgency. There were 3 of us out there. It was frustrating.
I gust wanted to say that I really appreciate the amazing service. They let us know before we sat down, that they had no servers. And that whenever we’re ready we can just order in the front. After we ordered, they gave us our food in less than 10 minutes and gave us everything we needed cups with ice plates, napkins, and even more utensils. It was an amazing time with my family and I just wanna thank everybody who is making this fast food restaurant so amazing. Definitely will come next time we come into town.
They went from four star to two star.due to cold food n now to one star
Need to more pay attention and more focus.. While there a customer in drive thru or in the dinning room..
