Arrived (seat yourself) and was immediately brought offer of drink. Order taken and filled fast, and they were BUSY. Food came quickly, hot and very good. Homestyle. Drink refills aplenty and server was super nice, attentive without being bothersome. I recommend this place for breakfast. Food was cooked to my request. View all feedback.

Honestly the worst service and terrible food. If you want instant mashed potatoes and powdered gravy go for it. Ignores customers and treats them with absolute terrible attitudes. If you want a good server there deny the service of Susan, she is up most the worst and most disrespectful server I’ve met. I live near Galveston Texas but every time we visit family in Missouri I make a point to stop in at Brenda's for breakfast. Best pancakes ever! I have even recommended for friends who go up to Missouri on vacation!! Definitely worth the drive. Will be heading back soon so see y'all soon!

Food was ok nothing to brag about. Order was taken right away and came fast. No one ever came to check on us, our drinks were not refilled, I wanted a to go box and drink but server never came back. Waited for our ticket, it wasn't even brought to table. If they want you to get your ticket at the register they need to tell you. They seem to cater to the locals and forget about everyone else. We will not be back.

My wife and I arrived at 9:45 am on a Friday morning. When we walked in, we noticed several empty tables (un-bussed) and no one working the floor (no waitresses, cashier, coffee servers or busboys). So, we went ahead and sat at an dirty table and waited... After about 5 to 10 minutes a waitress finally came out and bussed the table behind us, but we had to ask for ours to be cleaned.After bussing the table they took our order. 45 minutes later, we finally saw our food.... During the whole time we were waiting, we noticed that waitresses were very few and far between. It seemed like they are all congregating within the back. On occasion, someone would come out and top off the coffee, but that's about it. My wife, who had tea to drink was never asked if she wanted a refill. Not sure if they're short-handed or what. Kind of a disappointing start to the morning.
