Food was barely warm and had no flavor. The pieces are the size of a cornish hen, not a reg chicken. The coleslaw was nothing but cabbage, the biscuits hard as a rock. They dont have any jellys at all, said they never had, asked for honey, and was told they haven't had any in 3 months. Mashed potatoes have no flavor at all.

3 times thru window pick up. Order was correct, Looked good, and tasted like Colonel Sanders always insisted. One time, thru lack of help at last of covid, only 2 ppl there, 1 was owner) I gave an ample tip at window for she was ran hard but very professional, kind, and still kept sense of humor and smiling. That and good food is what we want. Inconveniencies can be accepted if they show us they want us there and willing to work hard. The owner offered substantial money off on order because of delay. No way. You offered,apologized, and kept that smile. I was from Virginia and now live so. In and will order their bowls etc. Great food

We had to wait a long time but that's not an issue with me if the food is good and fresh, but we still don't get everything and like a dingbat I didn't check it before we left. But the crew was friendly!
