Shake Shack I-drive - e Hills

The food at the 280 location was served hot and was absolutely delicious! Our server, Laural, was fantastic - she was super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The food was delicious, but there were some difficulties with the pickup process at this restaurant. When we arrived, the entrance for pickup orders was confusing, as it was labeled as a fire exit. The line for ordering was long and it was hard to navigate through the crowd. Once inside, it was tricky to locate our pickup order and we ended up missing something from our order. Despite this, we chose not to go back to address the issue due to the chaotic atmosphere.
