Just returned my Italian that was made incorrectly. So when I returned I asked for an Italian with extra onions only. This is what I got. Again! Forty minutes to drive there and back

Bad management. This location the store owner does NOT participate in Firehouse promotions. We went to the Rio Pinar location today and was notified by their staff the promotions with coupons from corporate the owner of this location chooses not to participate. This is very disappointing and we will not be back at this location and want to warn as many people about this locations bad business decisions. Horrible!

I used to get steak and cheese sandwiches here all the time and they used to be pretty good, or at least decent enough to finish the meal. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich yesterday and honestly felt disrespected with the type of meat that was in there. I only took one bite, and had to throw t rest away because the taste and meat texture was HORRIBLE. They obviously changed the meat but at least they should have the decency to not use cheap roast beef deli meat or dare I say artificial lab meat . There 's no way what you all serve now would pass as a real steak sandwich in any other sandwich making restaurant. I should have took a picture. Needless to say I 'll probably never order something from here again.

We come here bout 3 times a month n service has gotten worse each time. A few times, subs made wrong, always have to ask for pickles, never greeted when we walk in most time all employees are in back.
