Bonefish Grill - e Hills

Fantastic atmosphere and delicious food. LOVE the bang bang shrimp....the best! I'm not really a big seafood eater, so I got the Fontina pork medalians is delicious.

I had the fish and chips and their 1901 Dirty Martini and it was excellent!

I have been to many Bonefish Restaurants, this one in Orlando was the worst I've experienced. We arrived early, no crowd, in fact less than quarter filled. It took an hour after order to get a medium rare steak that was cooked beyond well and shrimp that were burned to charcoal, not kidding the shells were so blackened they were falling apart in ash. And they served that with my wife's salmon that was dried out as bad as the steak. The Managers gave inconsistent corrective action so I did not get a fresh Surf and Turf, but rather a steak that was as burned as the first, and much smaller. The people next to us sent back their fish toco's as inedible and walked out. The waitstaff was inconsistent and far between interactions, and we had to ask for additional items without their attention, like a steak knife for the steak. I cannot recommend this establishment for any reason.

If Applebees opened a seafood restaurant, it would be bonefish bar a grill.

After finding a little bit of an issue in my Mahi Mahi my waitress Laura and manager of this restaurant went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. My wife and I are on our honeymoon and I couldn’t be more pleased with this hospitality. Thank you for making this a memorable day!
