Twigs Bistro And Martini - e Falls

We headed out to twigs to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. And we were not disappointed. Great atmosphere great service great food and great drinks. What a wonderful place to spend such a joyous occasion. Parking: Lots of spaces around the building. Wheelchair accessibility: I need a wheelchair parking and plenty of room to maneuver and sit with a wheelchair.

My husband and I went last night for dinner. We got the Mango Halibut and the Ribeye Pork Chop. The food was outstanding. Best pork chop I've ever had, and I'm 69 so I've had my share of pork chops. The halibut was cooked perfectly. Where twigs lost stars is on service. Our waitress seemed to lose interest in serving us. We were there at 4:30pm and the place was mostly empty. She got us water right away then disappeared for almost 15 minutes. Probably would have been longer but I made a motion to whom I think was the manager and shortly after she showed back up and took our drink and dinner order. Then when our dinners were ready it was a different waitress that brought it to us. I asked if she was our waitress now and she said no but our dinners were sitting up there waiting so she figured she better get them to us. We usually tip really well but not this time. Or bill was $140.00 we left her $10.00.

Every time I come into this place the staff refuse to help me. The will stand and have a while conversation knowing I am standing at the front and not help me. This is NOT just a one time experience this is everytime I come to this specific twigs. Come to find out after speaking with a manager it was the GM James who did it today . Smh!!

Excellent food atmosphere and service. Plan on going back soon.

It was my first time dining here which I was really excited about, I had been wanting to try Twigs since I moved to the area years ago. I was going to doordash it but decided to go in and see how it was in person instead. I really loved the atmosphere of the south hill location, however we were seated at a broken table that had been leveled by something under it and finally gave out on us of all people. We spent several minutes waiting for our server to come by to mention it to them but unfortunately nobody came after we were seated. The bartender was the one to notice us trying to move it around and offered us to move to the next table over. I wish I caught her name because she was incredibly helpful the rest of our visit and was the one to actually take and deliver our order. I had the Turkey BLT wrap which was great. My partner wanted to try the Spicy Chicken Yakisoba but it wasn’t on their in-house menu unfortunately. He opted for the Twigs Signature Burger which he enjoyed nonetheless. While our food was great, the family behind us did find a plastic bread tie in her salad, so I would advise visitors to be cautious before going in and eating their meal right away without inspecting it.. lol Other than these issues, it is a good lunch spot. On the spendier side but worth the quality in my opinion. I do wish service was a bit more attentive (outside of our great bartender. but I will likely be back.
