Such horrible service! There were four people working and all of them looked right at us when we walked in and looked away and then several minutes later while we are still standing, there are the only people in line waiting to order they continue to look back at us and then look away. Very inappropriate conversation going on between the staff during our time in the dining room. I set my daughter up to ask for a bag to go as I was sick of what was going on in there and they looked at her again and all completely ignored her I walked up there myself and waited for a second and again did not get acknowledged , so I had to say, can I get a bag? Not sure what is going on in this place, but there was an older gentleman working a younger woman and two obvious teenagers. The service in here was horrible!!!

The food was very good. But the music was heavy metal and very unpleasant. And at on point an employee went and turned up the volume. All I can figure is that they don 't want people to linger over their food. And when I commented that the music was unpleasant the employee shrugged his shoulders and said what can I do . I ordered 3 crustos and one crisp pinto bean burrito because it’s in the 4 for $7.95 deal. When I got my receipt the deal wasn’t included so I asked the blonde braided drive thru girl and the manager with a wrap on their head for the deal and they said I need to ask for it before hand. Every other Taco Time I’ve been to have known to add the deal, I’ve never had to ask for it. They started laughing at me and when I got in my car they kept staring at me through the window. Completely outrageous, never going here again.

Over 15 minutes in drive thru, only one car infront of me. When I pulled to the speaker, was greeted with, It 'll be just a minute 8 minutes later I said Hello? She said, I can take your order now. Wanted $4.00 for a medium cup of water, but could get a soft drink for $2.69. Item missing, but was miles away before discovering it.

I have come to avoid Taco Time in the Spokane area. I stopped in the this location and had the best service I have ever had in a Taco Time! The food was excellent and just what I ordered. I am writing this review because during the time i was dining there I noticed them take exemplary care of every customer. The crew did an excellent job.
