What Gina Sipple dislikes about Subway:
The bread was burnt to the point of being inedible. We were told that their toaster was broken, so the bread came out of the oven burnt, yet they still served it to a customer! I was very disappointed. After returning to the restaurant, Phillip, the manager, was gracious enough to remake the order. View all feedback.
Does not participate in Subway coupon campaigns. Staff are nice. Poor choice of franchisee to ignore campaigns. Will not visit again until they do.
Honestly this use to be my favorite place to go eat especially since I live so close by have for 35 years but I'm sick and tired of walking into your restaurant and seeing that once again there are absolutely No Raspberry white chocolate Cookies! It doesn't matter what time of day I come in. I ask your employees every single time why there are No cookies and I get an excuse every single time! First it's oh our oven is off, or Mid day shift didn't make any or its to late in the day to make some? Seriously?! What is the point of having cookies/ Cookie Dough if your not going to cook/Bake your cookies? It cannot take more then 20 minutes to make a batch of cookies In the oven. Come on. Your losing Money Customers because your staff is to lazy to bake Cookies!? Very irritating ?
Sandwich was not good at all. Got kicked out for no reason .
Bread was hard on both ends, lacked many items on the menu, only one kind cheese.This is by far the worst subway I've ever eaten at.Night and difference of this location the location at 5 mile shopping center.What happened to the standards at subway.I will never eat here again.
Sunday night I stopped by to get dinner at 6:50pm. Was told they were closed even though the open sign was still lite and I was 10 minutes before closing time. Came back a couple days later for 2 sandwiches. One 12 inch and one 6 inch. The bread was so hard that it was actually crumbly on both sandwiches. They were out of tomatoes. Very disappointed. For the price we pay these days I think that quality would be more important. Don’t think I’ll be back.
