Utterly shocking from top to bottom. Coffee machine has been broken for months staff stood around at the front desk with arms folded talking having to be promted to serve customers. Nothing fast about this place, staff rude and even when you’ve been waiting for food in the drive thru for 15 minutes you don’t and won’t get an apology for the wait! Unorganised and messed up a simple order. Not good.
