Dairy Queen Grill Chill - e City

Staff was just standing around the back goofing off with each other. There were also NO GLOVES being worn by anyone!!! And just for the cherry on top, one of the staff members spilt the fries I had ordered on the counter and, bare handed, scooped them up and placed them back in my bag. Absolutely not. Unsanitary and gross.

The good was great...nice and hot...3 meals in perhaps 20 minutes...A nice smiling face to take our order...and here is the amazing part..I forgot my wallet type purse in the booth and didn't realize it until about 30 miles down the road heading home so made a quick phone call and it has been turned in and the manager had offered to mail it to me as we were headed almost to the Canadian border....did have a friend pick it up that was coming from Fargo so no mailing needed....so food was great...ice cream amazing and a big thanks to all the honest helpful people at the DQ in Valley City ND...

Service was good. They seemed pretty busy, which is typical after school. They unfortunately closed drive thru to catch up.

Sunday going for ice cream after church nobody answered drive thru, went to the window and was looked like we were stupid so left without ordering

They dont give you near the amount of food that any other dairy queen gives you, same amount of money for half of the food,
