This visit was different than previous visits. The young lady working drive thru this afternoon was pleasant. As was the young man passing food and drinks out to me. He was really engaging and happy. This is not the norm for this store. I go here a lot for my great grandchildren. I felt it necessary to point out the difference in these two employees. Honestly recently its just been very bad. The nuggets are disgusting, they'll give you a drink without straws, I got my soda covered with spilled soda on the side, they always forget to give the sauce you asked for, and the attitude is just extremely careless. View all feedback.
I should have read the reviews first First thing that greets you at the front door is a sign that says you have 30 minutes max to eat your food and leave. The bathrooms look like they belong in Five Nights At Freddy's. Ordered a #7, no pickles, no mustard and they took the onion off too. No straw in the bag. The staff does even look or acknowledge your presence. My bag of food was dropped on the pick-up counter, someone shouting a number and that's it. They disappeared. Mc Donald's sure has change since I worked there as a teen. Or maybe it's just the area and the people employed here.
The girl in the drive through was rude and unhygienic she messed up my my order by charging me for a second meal even though I never ordered it. The manager was Rude too he refused to refund me or give me the second meal.
Slow service! Understaffing would be my guess! Enjoyed my visit, but it took forever for me to receive my mobile order that was placed prior to many others that ordered after myself and received food before mine, inside the location at the counter. Employees did express kindness and helpfulness.
Close to 9:45pm Jan17.We arrive at McD's. Ask for 2 large coffee, answer, don't have a coffee tonight and see you tomorrow. ??? Really ?
This is the 3rd time that I get my quarter pounder deluxe with cheese, without the cheese. This time is was especially annoying because I told the person taking my order at the drive through multiple times about the cheese(knowing they always forget it) and it still came without. The fries were stale and I never got a receipt.
