This IHop Restaurant in West Palm Beach is fairly typical. The staff and manager were friendly and efficient, but they were short-staffed which caused delays in receiving our food. The quality of the food was average and the restaurant decor looked a bit outdated. View all feedback. What David Callahan likes about Ihop:
Carmen, a wonderful lady, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as I waited for my DoorDash order to be prepared. She was very genuine and truly deserves recognition for her hospitality. Thank you. View all feedback.
