Dunkin' - e Air

I ordered from uber eats today and i'm highly disappointed. they called to say that they didn't have everything bagels for my boyfriends sandwich and asked if he would like plain. the woman who was on the phone sounded like she didn't speak english that well but he told her over and over again that plain was fine. when we get our order my matcha latte came frozen when i ordered iced. we got everything bagel little bites but i ordered those plain. it was very disappointing. i'm allergic to the seeds on the everything bagel so i couldn't eat the little bagel bites. and my frozen drink was soo sweet i couldn't even take a second sip from it. never coming here again !

Afternoon shifts they don't do anything just in the cell phones or talking between them they ignore the customer like the service is free ... Please dont go there.... ?

Friday I Ordered through the mobile app. There were over 20 people waiting for their order, the manager was so confused. She did not know what was in the bags (8 or 9 bags) or what coffee belonged to each customer. I had to ask for my coffee that wax sitting on the counter for 10 mins. I had several times for the wake up wrap, I ordered. After 20 mins of standing there and getting no where. I left without my breakfast.

The donuts are always good, but the staff could be nicer more attentive.

Wheelchair accessibility: No accessible parking. Ramp is non ADA. How is this legal. Oh and the staff picks and chooses who they like and want to serve even if they come in after you!
