I had a good experience, I dont understand the handful of one stars. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Food, was delicious and on point ! The bread was fresh and gone within moments. Hello, a few months ago, my family and I were very disrespected by an employee of your restaurant in Irvine Spectrum. I wrote to you about this. I wrote complaints to a few other places. Then the restaurant manager wrote me an e-mail and asked for my address to apologize and make up for his mistake so that he could send me a gift card. Staff were great and the food was excellent. The lunch portions are massive.
Dream and Rafa took excellent care of us, the food was perfect and the service was quick. Atmosphere was great as well.

Ordered a salad over the phone for pick up. I had to wait ten minutes before anyone would assist me in person in the pick-up area. Also, I had to call twice to place my order because someone hung up on me when they placed the call on hold. Clean facility, busy, loud, and this location is across from Regal theaters.
Unfortunately horrible service. We have to stand up multiple times to get the waitress attention. This place is very understaffed. Our food took 35 min to arrive, we’ve been waiting for the bill for 20 min… our plates are still in front of us and the cesar salad was very dry and the pizza was cold. Do not recommend
