Wonderful restaurant for a dinner. Recently the Friday evening enjoyed shrimp special, soup, salad, bread, potato choice and everything you eat bread and roasted shrimps. They are famous for their “Brandy Old Fashion Sweet” drinks. We also enjoy the Ritz Soup Club especially about the cold winter days! Warms up and can be frozen. What Viva M doesn't like about Ritz:
We enjoyed the atmosphere, but the lighting was a little bright. Loved the grilled shrimp and sea scallops. for my full review with pics goto missvivascorkandplate.com View all feedback.
We visit this restaurant annually, and the food and service never fail to impress.
The service was prompt with refills, incredibly attentive staff, and a wonderful atmosphere. I absolutely loved it!
The menu includes a satisfying selection of meats, fish, and seafood, accompanied by exceptional sides and appetizers. They also offer a variety of sandwiches for a more casual meal. The classic full bar is a treat, with the house specialty being a Southern Comfort Old Fashioned. Martinis and a range of classic cocktails add to the lively atmosphere. Every entrée comes with homemade soup, a salad, and a choice of potatoes, and their soups are fantastic. Steaks are expertly char-grilled to your preference, and the fish and seafood are equally excellent. You can’t miss their cheesecake—it’s the best you’ll find west of a New York deli. On busy nights, The Ritz can get lively, and the waitstaff works tirelessly to keep things running smoothly, impressively delivering well-prepared meals from a small kitchen. On quieter evenings, simply relaxing at the bar is a wonderful experience. The clientele tends to be older, which is refreshing; thankfully, the younger crowd hasn't yet fully discovered the charm of classic supper club dining! Nonetheless, everyone is welcome. Supporting this family-owned gem for another generation is a great reason to stop by and make The Ritz one of your regional favorites.
We dined there 2 nights in a row. Quality food, Midwest hospitality. Incredible prime rib, unbelievable huge pork chop, great fried chicken and more.
Julie was our waitress. She was friendly and very good service! Food was awesome.
